Food and drinks were limited and of poor quality.

The outdoor pool was huge, providing a great space for relaxation and fun.

Staff members did not seem engaged or happy, which affected the overall atmosphere.

this was my second stay in kemer, and the crystal truly exceeded my expectations. the food selection was impressive, with a variety of tasty dishes available at every meal. i loved the staff's genuine warmth, especially the help with my gluten-free needs, making it feel like home away from home.

The hotel boasts a lovely kids' club that kept my son entertained with a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, which was a big plus for our family. The staff really felt like family, always greeting us with genuine smiles, especially the amazing Meerim who brightened our days.

It was just a decent option for a quick weekend visit in Kemer with fantastic value for money. The hotel manager was very attentive and made an effort to check in and see if I was enjoying my stay. Make sure to take advantage of the 24-hour snack service in the lobby for late-night cravings.

Chur, this place had a stunning view of the mountains and sea eh! But charging to iron was a bit dodgy, and staff were kinda rude when I asked about it.

During my stay, the restaurant offered a diverse array of food options, which kept me satisfied throughout my visit. The spa experience was refreshing, particularly the hammam coffee scrub and mixed massage. I also enjoyed the nearby Kemer Marina, as it made for a lovely late evening stroll by the sea. Although I wish the entertainment had more variety, the dancers on the last night were impressive and made for a memorable experience.

We enjoyed the spacious pool area and loved the convenient beach access. Make sure to try the grilled fish at the outdoor restaurant and don’t miss the evening entertainment – the performers were fantastic! A great place for family bonding!

Our family had an incredible one-night stay at Crystal De Luxe Resort & Spa! The food selection was spectacular, offering a variety of tasty dishes, which kept us excited at every meal. The attentive staff created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made our brief visit feel special.

the crystal has great facilities, including an awesome indoor heated pool and a lovely spa. the beach is just a short walk away, and the bar staff, especially yusuph and volkan, made our evenings enjoyable with perfect cocktails. the food variety was truly impressive and kept us satisfied all day.
